Note 1: as a result of this draw, Groen Star Beek (who had won the home game, 2-1) were promoted to Provincial League 1. At the same time, it was Beek's last game ever as an independent club, as, from the start of the 2017-2018 season onwards, it will form one club with KSK Bree, becoming Groen Star Bree-Beek.
Note 2: Koersel's main stand was constructed after the original stand (which was opposite the club house, on the other side of the pitch) was consumed in a fire in 2012.
